How to Submit a Video:
1. Upload your video to a video sharing website of your choice.
2. Go to www.bringingupbobby.com and select the “Video Contest” link.
3. Register your video by filling out the form that is linked from the Video Contest page.
4. Be prepared to copy and paste the embed code from your video sharing site to the blank space on the registration form.
5. When your video is approved/ rejected you will receive an email either confirming the posting of your video or informing you that it has been denied from the contest.
6. If you or any person involved in your video submission is younger than 18 years of age on the date of submission, you must submit a separate legal guardian consent form for each minor involved.
7. Tell your friends to vote for your video!

Submission Guidelines:
• The contest ends at 12:01 am EST on August 1st, 2009. The winning video will be announced and contacted shortly thereafter.
• Videos must include the flipping of at least one pancake. Be creative! Videos are judged by audience approval, not by the number of pancakes, technique, or lack thereof. Give them something to vote for!
• The use of trademarks, music, and other copyrighted material is prohibited unless you have express written permission from the copyright holder. In other words, don’t use copyrighted material. This includes logos on your clothing and/or paintings/photographs in the background.
• There can be only one winner! You are welcome to have multiple people in your video, but we will only be giving out one prize, so it will be up to you to decide how to share it. We suggest you figure this out in advance.
• Videos must be no longer than five minutes.
• All people depicted in the video and the contestant must be at least 18 years of age by the date of submission. If they are not, a completed legal guardian consent form must be submitted to Glowing Nose LLC for each person depicted in the video. The term “depicted” includes all people on the video and/or audio tracks, even if they are in the background.
• The content of the video must be appropriate for all ages. All videos deemed inappropriate will be rejected at the discretion of Glowing Nose LLC. Please be sure that the videos are not sexually suggestive, that all contestants are respectfully clothed, and that no inappropriate language is used.

Other Notes:
• Glowing Nose LLC reserves the right to cancel the contest at any moment, for any reason, and without notice.
• At least five non-Glowing Nose LLC, approved videos must be competing in the contest in order for a prize to be awarded.
• Though Glowing Nose LLC does intend to make the contest as fair as possible, it cannot be held responsible for any kind of irresponsible voting, loss of information, or cheating on the part of any contestant or their associates.
• If a tie should occur, it is up to Glowing Nose LLC to pick one winner.
• This is just a game meant as a community building exercise. Do not take it too seriously. If you want to put up a fuss about the prize or the awarding of the prize, we suggest you not participate and purchase your own prize. Life is too short.
• The voting software is not complex and is not intended to be complex. Voting on videos is not limited to one vote per user and Glowing Nose LLC is not responsible for assuring accuracy in the vote count. We do wish to encourage contestants to urge their friends and family to vote responsibly. Any ties or disputes will be decided by Glowing Nose LLC.
• Glowing Nose LLC is in no way responsible for any injury incurred during the contest. Please use common sense and be careful when producing your entry. Frying pans and stoves get hot and are not toys.
